Local government portals: £3m South Wales win for Compuware

Compuware has won a £3.4m contract to help develop and deploy a community portal for the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf. Part of a key regeneration project in a former mining area, the portal, Shape-it.org, will host community news, along with information and services to help re-skill citizens. A prototype is already up and running.
