Compuware extends Vantage with Proxima acquisition

Compuware has acquired Proxima Technology, whose Centauri product is an ideal complement to Compuware Vantage. Centauri provides real-time and historical business-critical information, including the quality of service, the business impact of IT issues, service level performance, and the root cause of IT problems. By using Compuware Vantage and Centauri together, you can integrate end-user experience measurement with application performance and service desk metrics. Centauri also supports the Compuware Changepoint IT Portfolio Management solution with real-time and historical service level compliance metrics.
