Compuware’s End-User Experience Monitoring solutions allow you to monitor how each individual user is experiencing an application – whether they’re accessing it from their desk, from a laptop or from a mobile device. End-user experience monitoring lets you identify and fix user-side problems before they turn into a call to the helpdesk.
