Compuware’s a class act at Wayne State University

Wayne State University in Detroit needed to switch administrative and academic operations to a web-based platform to provide more accessible services for its 33,000 students and 8,400 employees. Service management was a pressing need in this new environment, and the University chose Vantage and QACenter as its solutions. Within just a few days, effective troubleshooting was underway.

Forrester survey confirms end-user experience crucial

Compuware commissioned Forrester Consulting to do a study on how IT decision-makers perceive service management. The results revealed that technology managers agree on end-user experience as the best measure of application service. Forrester Consulting wrote a white paper on the findings to illustrate how organisations with best practices better manage the service of their business-critical applications.
