One of Detroit’s oldest law firms has realised a six-figure return by implementing Compuware Vantage to detect and fix outage problems with the VoIP phone network used by its 200 lawyers. Vantage’s automatic fixing of dropped calls has dramatically reduced calls to Dickinson Wright’s support desk, allowing the IT team to concentrate instead on building much-needed new applications. The success of the implementation has spurred the company to extend its use of Compuware Vantage to test the performance of new applications before go-live, and to monitor and optimise the flow of data between the firm’s six offices.
