Permanent TSB investigates unusual traffic peaks with Compuware tools

When Irish retail bank Permanent TSB noticed unusually high traffic to its 24/7 online consumer and business banking services, it worried that it had a systems bottleneck on its own servers. However, Compuware’s Application Performance Assurance solution quickly revealed an unexpected reason for the traffic increase. Permanent TSB’s Maria O’Mahony explains what the problem was, and how Compuware’s tools enabled the bank to plan capacity for the future.
